Work culture is very poor. Workers are more powerful then HR and owner khosla . HR is only for joining of employment and harassed them while leaving Owner just want old people those are bootlicker. Those who want good salary hike may go there with loosing self respect

Not updated with new generation/new era thinking and staying very insecure to share the details. Lack of transparency and reliability. No system oriented focus in every department. No proper measures to evaluate individual performance. Lack of customer centric approach and easy entrance of local competition

...gement are supported to juniors. Company Rules and policies are good and useful. Company give good salary and give Bonus every year.

There is lot of politics. And some Management doesn't address good decisions.

Company future has very bright but not proper working environment of this company... So... I am trainy superviser.. And very help to increase company culture and behavior and understand their work environment.

worked 2.5 years. work culture, hr is very bad. 2 people in marketing and plant head at wada is spoiling organization. not allowing other people to Grow. once they see that you are working good and coming closer to top mgmt view they start pulling your leg. Hr person is with them. These 4-5 persons are working since long other people's life span is 2years max, how good you may be.
