Earlier it used to be good but now there is nothing good worth mentioning.

...ions are not transparent and appears highly unplanned. Employees have to suffer. Also for the past two years going by the cost cutting culture, they have cut down on lof of benefits which they used to provide in the beginning

Khoros is very flexible with it's employees in terms of work culture, work life balance and opinions. It is one of those companies that really takes care of it's employees and i don't mean just in terms of compensation. The tech stack are awesome, the people are awesome, the culture is awesome. 5 start from my side. Aslo, free food is one of the best things at Khoros as well :)

Quality engineer job include both manual and automation testing. Most of the times its more manual. Work life balance is good.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
