Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

....JOB WAS FULLY SECURE. THEY LINKED WITH MANY COMPANY SO CAREER GROTH 100%CHANCE.SALARY PROVIDED EVRY MONTH WITHIN 5 TH DAY OF THE MONTH.TRAVEL DONE AND THEY ALSO PROVIDED T/A BILL.SOME POLITICS HAVE THERE BUT THAT WAS NOT AN BIG ISSUE. WORK WITH KHOKAN MOTORS WAS VERY GRET EXPERIENCE.
