...ompany Secretary department is the pay disparity observed within the department. Also, there is inadequate salary hike. After a point of time, the employee feels very much underpaid for the amount of contribution they make to the company.

I started work in khivraj motors Good support from coworker's. Lot of things i learned in this company. Im joining as a technician then end with supervisor I have worked 8+ years in this company

Poor salary, No incentives, Managers are not good. Im not blaming jst my experience

There is NO increment, COO Mr senthil worst person his salary 1 cr but employee salary 20k for branch manager

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worst Company secretary in CS department..fully corrupt. He Loots money from the company itself by showing increased amount of bills ..he does his personal work (of various other companies) in his cabin at khivraj and puts pressure on cs department employees and gives less salary and also asks the CS department employees to be cooperative with his personal CS work. Management should take strict action.
