There is absolutely no liking except the fact you learn how the company can treat their employees as animals

...d their attrition rate is 60%. They file case against employees to harass him. When a person wants to leave they give salary hike and when person let's go the opportunity they harass him or remove him .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is nothing to like about Khimji Jewellers. From its customers to its employees everyone wants to escape from this company.

Dislikes

No laid down system; No precedence to follow; No Holidays (except one for Holi, in a year); Immediate termination after 6-7 months on same day relieving without providing reasons; Daily meeting with management starts at 7:30 pm when owner comes in the office however by this time other employees reached exhaustive state after long day; There are instances when employees were detained when management comes to know that employees had given interviews to their competitors.
