The company refused to pay my one-month salary, citing a non-existent policy that employees must work for at least three months to be eligible for salary payments. This condition was not mentioned in my appointment letter and seemed like a deliberate tactic to exploit employees. 6. Threats and Intimidation: After my resignation, I was threatened with harm, prompting me to file a official complaint. Despite this, the company showed no intention of clearing my dues. This experience highlighted an extreme level of unprofessionalism and toxicity within the organization. It is a place where employee welfare is disregarded, and unethical practices are rampant. I strongly advise potential employees to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate before considering joining this company. Joining this company was a regrettable decision, but I hope sharing my experience serves as a warning to others.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
