Office politics Low salary structure (person working on P3 band could even have package higher than P2 band) No firm HR policies - HOD can by pass any policy as per their favourites Increments - irrespective of the band and salary mostly everyone is getting 8-10% (except favourites , they can get anything) All perks are available if you fall under favourites category otherwise very average policies will be applicable

No work ethic , abusing working culture, no value for problem solving people, no valve long working people, no canteen food, quality work is always neglected No work from home even if you are in COVID restrict area.

I have joined KHD Humboldt Wedag India as fresher and through out this journey I have learnt a lot and still learning. Seniors and company management are very supportive. Flexible timings and one of the best policies and benefits for employees.

All the team members of KHD Humboldt are very good from both personal as well as professional front. Working environment is excellent and have ample opportunities to grow.

Dislikes

Job security is not up to the mark as company is dependent on new projects. If order intake is not good, there could be problems related with job security.

KHD India is one of the best companies to work. I have learned many technical skills and management skills from my peers who are helpful and supportive. Company has zero tolernace with differential treatment
