Company is good but my self and my designation as a depuity Manager but salary is low so that reason I am resigned, but still I am interesting working on Company Company policies and welfare is good

There is no support form them and they won't treat employees like real employees.just a working machine .

Apart from salary there is nothing in that company.There is no job security and no proper HR Policies .You can loose in your job in a day they will fire you when ever they feel. Its the last company any one want to work in .No benifits apart from your salary .

Over fine company management and main important employees displane learned and salary is good satisfied over company is good
