... staff cannot take annual leave untill they have completed one year of service. If you are laid off in first year of service for any reason by company, you will not get your accumulated leave salary. Which is completely against the labour law. If you need to take emetgency leave before completing one year of service, the company will not provide paid leave.

Very week management with very low salary rates, some people is high salary rate. unprofessional at all.

...ady terminate some people due to Covid-19, some forced to take unpaid leave for 3 months the remaining reduced salary between (10-20%).

The company is one of the best consulting firm in the world. I love the fact that I am apart of the the team. My job basically to follow the projects. In addition I have got the chance to work with diverse groups

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. There is no on job training for fresher.
