No fix date of salary they will say between 5-10th of the month but they processed on 15th after requested via mail Every meetings one line will be compulsory follow guidelines nhi to job kha jaunga If you are late for 03min due to traffic then also you will get warning mail

... on employee work life balance. 4. Dont have right policies for any process. 5. 3rd party pay role will fire without notice. 6. Cannot take leave. If you take a leave you will be treated as criminal.

Liked the fact that it's innovative and designing an app for Indian SMEs - MSMEs. Ok, for freshers to join and build up their skillset during the initial stage.

Ok, and one-time compensation but not satisfactory. Hierarchical communication is impacting work and this sometimes makes contributions gets unnoticed. Because mine definitely did. The appraisal is average but not something that makes a stand-out to drive in more potential. With everything going remote, no one from the top ever felt like asking what's the individual's future plan. "Where do you want to grow/see yourself in next 5 years?" or, "How is the work-life balance"? Yes, we do get plenty of good company benefits but the question is is it right to assume that everyone is happy? So I won't mind being 1 in the ~30% of the employees who are not satisfied with what's offered to them probably because I actually realized that my unique strength(s) were never actually valued here at KhataBook. Please note that this review is solely based only my personal experience. So it might differ from what is projected/experienced by others. Good for new joiners to learn and explore, however, one will come across a particular stage, where the growth is stagnant.
