New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Hard work and dedication for work is the main thing that I like in Kharafi national.It is the second main client of companies.Its work site is in all over the gulf and east africa.This company have total 200 sites.It is good for new people.

Dislikes

Salary is not on time and it's growth is going very slow.There is not giving training for new people.Many people give resign because of salary problem not giving leave salary ,air ticket for staff.kharafi national not do work at time so many time client out this company from project.

...raffi national is good company in Kuwait..I am got operator license from there..good Salary ..good management..I have good experience in Kharaffi..good Saftey working in all projects.. finishing fast and good support with workers..giving extra bonus to workers during finishing projects

compensation is decent and growth is fast. the work pressure is not very high. sometime, i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the nigh.

Work environment is good and team work is also good. Company policies are very good and they give bonus twice a year which is quite satisfactory
