Company culture is not adaptive for a female. The CFO and CGM are always involved in mocking Junior employees and are always upfront in commenting on personal issues. The CFO is so much full of personal grudges with juniors. In his opinion he can mock any employee but if the employee reverts back to him the only thing possible there is a salary cut. The director would make you work like a Secretary, where you will be required to manage the personal calendar for him and give him reminders. Additionally, he had taken me to visit mines and while on my return he told me that you can go along with the contractor he will drop you till a point and after which you have to take public transport. I want to ask I am an HR and a female to I am not supposed to be treated like this they do not take any responsibility for any employee. The CGM also gives an answer for every help required from him is "tum jano tumhara kam jane". I would not prefer this company. Working for hotels and connect with labour on daily basis maintain petrol sheet and meter reading is the work that they will make an HR to do. No boundaries for work. Every left over work will be given to HR.
