Sikh teachers are very helping supportive Guide u thoroughly than other caste teachers. Best working platform throughout positivity. Loved working in My khalsa college❤️

Marathi faculty should not be recruited here. N also other caste staff. They are creating worst environment around. I ws in Biotechnology department n was only sikh working in that department. They have hurted me so badly insulted me evry time n tortured badly n they left me alone n made their group.

Likes

It was a life changing experience as teaching a bulk of students of apparently your age, making them understand the module and understanding their skills enhanced my own knowledge and experience. Overall the staff was very friendly. Just one drawback; no job security.

Dislikes

When the work load is less they remove you from the job. They hire on contract basis and doesn’t extend your hiring even if you perform exceptionally good. So there’s no job security.

Likes

1. Its rich historical background and its magnificent building. 2. Growth promoting attitude of staff and authorities. 3. Many team activities, cultural events, flower shows and conferences. 4. Technologically advanced. 5. Co-operative environment. 6. Many Master-level courses running in the college.

Dislikes

1. Its 6-days a week with no holiday on Saturday. 2. Daily working hours are 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Either the work time daily should be less or Saturday should be given off. 3. Very less national holidays
