There is a lot of dirty politics here, the department head does politics, there is no job security, you can be thrown out of the gate at any time, that too without any reason. If you have need of money then you can join only for 1 year or less otherwise pls don't join this type of company.

...surety, the management can fire its any employee at any time without any reason. it is very surprising that the Management fire its employee before 1 or 2 days from Salary Day.

... most amazing thing here is that five HR have been changed in the last 4 months. PF On both sides is deducted from the salary of the employees.

During covid employee worked extra but deducted 50% salary...even not support in tough..time mangment staring you all times in camera...you cant move except doing work...high work load....hard work have no credit...12 hours working no have much employee...threatening you to terminate...Boring enviornment...
