Hire and fire policy, terrible work culture in Warehouse and Factory. MD is always involved at Macro and micro management in all factory decision.even directly scolding to Blue color employees on shop floor, and very high designated staff is saced at any time, without consideration of any company policy about notice.

Pehle m catch spices mein work kr rha tha or mujhe waha se resign apply krwa kar yha se 3 din m terminate kr diya. 3 din mein inhone meri job capability dekh li. Yaha bhot politics hai or pushpender jo sale team ka manager hai wo kisi apne relative ko hire krne ke liye meri performance km hai bol kar yha se 3 din m nikal diya. Akshay jo HR hai usne bhi koi support nhi kiya. Or mujhe police ki help leni pdi. Pehle m bhi yhi soch kar aaya tha ki employee fake review de rhe honge. But yha job security bilkul nhi hai. Mera to office job tha. But yha bhot politics hai. Pls koi bhi yha kch paise ko dekh kr mat aana. Ab mere pass koi option nhi hai, ab m Ds group Ltd.
