Worst company I have worked with, There is no learning.. Major politics plays a role. People dont know anything technical and just spent shift timings and go home. when someone is trying to implement or improve something the COO, VP has a problem as they are in comfort zone and things are running as they want. Manager doesnt know what is team management and how to manage operations and customer support. TL's dont have any work to do they just come sit and gossip and go home. HR department is worst, with the politics and biased culture. there is no cooperation from the HR head regarding anything and ultimatum is given if anything is asked....Read More

One aspect I find challenging at BeatO, is the fastest environment, which can sometimes lead to high pressure and tight deadlines. While it encourages growth and agility, it can occasionally make it difficult to maintain a perfect work-life balance, Additionally, as with any rapidly growing company, certain processes may feel a bit unstructured at times, requiring more alignment and clarity across teams.
