If you leave your job from somewhere else, you will get a better package here than in other organizations.

There is a lot of dirty politics here, the department head does politics, there is no job security, you can be thrown out of the gate at any time, that too without any reason. If you have need of money then you can join only for 1 year or less otherwise pls don't join this type of company.

...surety, the management can fire its any employee at any time without any reason. it is very surprising that the Management fire its employee before 1 or 2 days from Salary Day.

No employees here stay for more than one year. PF on both sides is deducted from the salary of the employee. all the departments here are bookless. Especially accounts departments & warehouse departments. If you reach here even one minute late, your salary will be deducted. If you need leave, you will be asked a lot of questions. ( if you do not serve the notice period here, you will have to pay 45 days money. Then these people will set you free).

He speaks something else during the interview & speaks something else after the interview. Don't stick to your own words. Here the candidates are called lying. Employees are mentally harassed. Especially ETC problem is also very high.

... most amazing thing here is that five HR have been changed in the last 4 months. PF On both sides is deducted from the salary of the employees.
