I'm not currently working here, but heard from my previous colleagues that they have asked all to come back to office and work effective end of May though the situation is getting worse day by day in Bangalore. They expect employees to commute on their own irrespective of the shift and didn't even provide food at this time of covid. They even terminated some because they were working from home at another state and weren't able to travel back to Bangalore to work from office after holding salary for a month. I have no idea why they are behaving in this way. At a time like this where management is supposed to help their employees, they aren't being supportive at all.
