I am working as contract employee with Bosch ..Today when I asked the hr of KGISL for maternity leave he said me that only employees those who get salary under 21k and are covered in Esic only they get the maternity..Rest other employees can't avail this ..As per government law I don't think this is applicable.. Please suggest ur views because this rule is totally new to me .

In case, the person has not applied daily attendance then loss of pay would be initiated and it would never be deducted from the employee's eligible leaves though the employee has Privilege or Earn leaves 4. Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
