Salary on time , free food upto RS. 50 for night shift and free lunch for day shift employees, job is secured when a project is closed , people will be moved to different process

HR management is for name sake , high level politics , shift will be extended for the reason when there is a person is on leave

Politics. Also, no standards followed. Especially the employee relations HR is the worst. You won't get any acknowledgment from them for any email or concerns you are raising. Even the company doesn't give you reliving letter or resignation approval/acknowledgment mail. The employee relation HR team want us to write mail to them but they won't reply. On questioning this it was informed that it is in the management policies to not to reply to resignation notice but the same company at the time of onboarding request you to submit resignation acknowledgment mail of the previous employer as part of their onboarding.

Worst managment,they are not allow to put a papper even ever you want and hike is not giving yearly once.if they giving it's very very minimal...

1. RCM- Revenu Cycl Management department is entirely like a schol. 2. As a first thing they will colect the originals from the New joines and make them as their salves. 3. During training period, if the new joinees not interested to their paths Or not willing to continue their work and if they would like to quit the job within even 2 days .. The HRs ask you to pa around 30K to return your originals. 4.They won't give Ind holidays as well as US holidays. 5. Scheduled break for 30-15-15 and not more than 2 should go for a break at a time. 6. Frequently asked us to contribute money in the name of Potluck and team dinner which is approx 50+250 bucks every month but it's not worth it.. 7. If the RCM manager found that you are feeling comfortable with anyone.. They will change your place suddenly.. And if they want, they will interchange the team as well even though you are new to that process. 8. They will give more work to you by saying that they will give you promotion. 9. Completely full of office politcs and the apparisal is nothing but a ₹2000 rupees after 1 year that is for me while at that time i have 1.5 years experience and i was earning 18K. 10. They will term at anytime without prior notice if they want.. With the below reasons: Low productivity, Uninformed leave etc.
