One of the worst class for employee.. This company do not care for employee.. Do not pay to employees when they work on non working days for a complete shift...

...and management both.. They ask employees to come to office on non working day i.e on Saturday and do not pay for them as well.. Regocnition n awards and feedback is lacked... I would not refer any employee to karvy

...ained data is never use to sobe problems. The worst management I have ever seen. The employees at ground level works for 10 hr daily still gets salary for just RS 14600 in-hand. Moreover PF contribution of employer is also deducted from the salary of employees. The salary appraisal is just 6% that to of you are going great in work.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
