Good place to start career in the field of finance & will be able to learn a lot about capital market operations. But it’s good to work there only for 1 - 2 years.

Poor salary and no other benefits. Chances of promotions is almost no, most of the people have been working for last 10-15 years in the same position.

...re supportive and the management is not transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are little good, appraisals are not fair and they don't give good salary hike. If we work for extra hours then don't pay for the extra hours and there is no incentives as well.They pay less but give more work load.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very less and t career growth is not there.

Excellent work experience. Nice environment, cooperative seniors, supportive employees or also support head office in some process .. Company policies are good . Management is also transparent.

Dislikes

Salary issue is a main problem. There is a slow career growth.. Salary of old employees is less as compare to new employee even we are working from last 5 years or have a good experience. We can't get the package which will given to new one. And the appraisal proportion is also very less.

The working hours and the culture is very good but the increment of salary is very low, that is the main drawback of the company

After working in this organization almost 4 years, I have learnt from here that without licking your boss foot you would not get salary increment, no career growth available here, this place is ideal for above 45+ age lazy persons, because you do not have do nothing much except data entry. Those who want to earn a satisfactory salary and career growth do not jump into this mud. Even payroll employees get less payment(after completing all the certification)than off roll employees.
