I have been working in this company for the 4 and half year, the company all employees is a helping hand. I like this company the most in all the places I have worked.

But since I have been working here for so long, I have not received such salary increment. Salary is not sufficient.

Kfin technologies pvt ltd is good company for gaining knowledge but salary package is very low.

Very very low pay, no increment, we have nothing to learn, you keep your sweat and blood but still you will be in a same position with same salary. My biggest mistake is joining in this company as fresher which decided my career now. Good working atmosphere but no promotions no incentives no appraisals no hike no appreciation, very very low pay... tired of asking them all the above. Worst company. If u want temporary settelment plz join in Kfintech. If you want growth reject it by closing your eyes. I promise you will never regret later. If you join you will definately regret.
