Very very low pay, no increment, we have nothing to learn, you keep your sweat and blood but still you will be in a same position with same salary. My biggest mistake is joining in this company as fresher which decided my career now. Good working atmosphere but no promotions no incentives no appraisals no hike no appreciation, very very low pay... tired of asking them all the above. Worst company. If u want temporary settelment plz join in Kfintech. If you want growth reject it by closing your eyes. I promise you will never regret later. If you join you will definately regret.

Its been more than 2 months that we are working from home. And, no pay cuts & no layoffs. We are exploring HR Tech space with lot of automation & process streamlining. A lot of learning....

...ained data is naver use to solve problems. The worth managment i have ever seen. the employees at ground level worls for hours daily still gets salary for just RS 12400 in-hand. The salary appraisal in not given.

Very less salary. No salary hike, no professionism. There is a guy name Eshan Babu worst guy ever. No work only politics he is doing. No job security. Never join this company
