Here u need to be close to with Area coach or Ops manager then will u survive. Small mistake happened they will start taunt you. Hire the staff no foods allowed to eat & if they miss the regurlisation they will not get the salary work,load like hell. There is no time for food & for toilet also. Audit audit & audit.

Salary distribution is very good. They give salary on 1st of every month.

Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Lot of politics. Salary is not up to the mark. No incentives. When you will get hired you will be told to do so something and when you will join them you will be told to do something else. They say that it is 9 hrs of shift but ultimately you have to work for 11 - 12 hrs. No work life balance. No job security
