Salary is very less than work The development of the internal team members is not good the other guys how don't know about work he get very good Salary but the old team members not get that

On ground level team is very good but job security is not there you have to be on active for 24*7 to save your self

They give only 38 rupees per hour. So in a month you get only 8000 rupees. They pay only for 26 day's. 4 days they don't pay( holiday). Shift time is 8 hours but you have to work 9-10 hours and these 2 hours is free for charity to KFC because they are like beggar. Most interesting fact no food allowance in KFC. Because they are poor or management is like our politician they want more food that's why they grab food from team members. My recommendation don't apply to KFC ever. It's a worst company.

I had a very poor experience at KFC the work atmosphere which was created is very bad. They just keep on blame you because of the work, there's no value for the position which should be given and high work pressure created by seniors they don't even bother to resolve your problems and mainly don't seek respect they don't know that, while hiring they made us feel so wow but with in one month we gotta know there true colours. And the proof is they have hired 40MT's where with in few months the number went to 15 now. This shows there efficiency. Totally worst.

...to bare many nonsense things. And there bonus plan we never understand till now. They gave us annual salary hike and the next month only they said some story about provident fund and they have taken back the appraisal which was given. Such a stupidity and fraud. Employees till now haven't understand what they are trying to explain and they just flip accordingly. Totally stupidity.

The company is good but the problem is accordingly work that the salary very cheap that's whyif any fresher person start the careers then have to much problems to face its about the According to me everything is verry good in this company but the problem is about salary is very cheap thankyou
