Excellent colleagues and a good product suite

Dislikes

Doesn't adapt to global business practices. Sticks to Norwegian cultural and business practices to the point where they hurt other global pemployees. They have no benefits at all. Incentives are paid in stock options. It is worthless because the company is not listed and the internal share price is highly inflated.
