Favouritism is big issue. Salary very low. They will interview freshers, then reject them in interview and call them for internship and voola you got a tester in 10k rupees. Mangers and team leads are friends so u can't complain to anyone.

If you want to build a career in gaming industry this one of the best companies working in the field of gaming. People are very cooperative and working culture is good. Getting promotion is bit of a task because you have to perform well every month on the basis of which you got monthly reviews and on the basis of which you can get promotion in every 6 months.

...se you got the evening or night shift it will cause you trouble in the long run. The salary you get is average also the food that is being provided by the company is below average.

Salary packages are very low. Main issue is that people sitting at good position they treat employees as robot, have a bias behaviour. They just support their friends and doesn’t bother about other employees.

There is a lot of politics, that's why I left the office, if you are growing well, then your seniors start bothering you that they should not overtake us. Yes, your upper management is good, if they come to know that something like this is happening, they take immediate action.
