Salary packages are very low. Main issue is that people sitting at good position they treat employees as robot, have a bias behaviour. They just support their friends and doesn’t bother about other employees.

There is a lot of politics, that's why I left the office, if you are growing well, then your seniors start bothering you that they should not overtake us. Yes, your upper management is good, if they come to know that something like this is happening, they take immediate action.

Management is Terrible. Work Pressure is too much Don't be surprised if they tell you , you are working on the weekends without any prior consent You won't be getting any leaves approved because they are always short of employees.
