The working environment is friendly employees are good. During lockdown you can work from home but 30% of your salary will be deducted plus they can install a software too to monitor you are working or not.

Dislikes

They don't give salary according to the work.In short only motivation and appreciation but salary dnt expect from them. Resignation may force them to increase your salary.

The company is very good and the employees and HR here are very good, no one asks when you take leave, why didn't you come tomorrow and you get half leave and leave from Aram, the facility is also very good.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

There is a lot of work pressure, the team should not be too much. Only 2 employees work in IT. Even they are not supportive and neither is the manager. They want work. It has been 4 months for me and till now no one has told me what I am becoming. I thought of finding out but no one told me. It is best for freshers because this will teach you a lot about handling work pressure and I am not able to do my work life.
