Well they hired me based on my eBS HRMS experience, they knew I didn't have Cloud Fusion HCM experience. They told me upon joining to complete a Cloud Fusion HCM implementation in one month, I told them it's not possible and registered my disagreement on phone and email, anyways I learned Fusion HCM and conducted CRPs, prepared Test scripts, completed all setups and got Used Acceptance completed in 1.5 months, they fired me after completing of UAT, stating I delayed their project. Just for record it took them 10 months to complete that project, after they fired me, most probably I would have completed that project in 3 months.
