.... Also the entire work culture is great where teamwork is given utmost priority. Talking about job security, there was zero lay off even in covid times with no pay cut for people at junior and moderately senior level.

Dislikes

Sometimes the technology you work on can become monotonous but that can always be worked out by discussing it with your manager. Another negative aspect is the lack of documentation which sometimes is difficult for newbies.

...ollowing its own culture which is pathetic. Micromanagement in GBS BO team only. No hike from 2022. Working hour is strict only in GBS BO Forced to come to office for work.

very less increment, salary is less compared to market value. And I believe you like a company or not partially depends on the manager, if your manager is not good your life will be hell. Right now I am facing the same problem.

Handsome salary for on-roll folks and working hours are good

Dislikes

Here teams are sub divided in such a way that you only work on some specific skills and not allowed to learn others task/process easily, whereas in market requires multiple skills which is integral thing of all the sub teams. Here contractual folks are not allowed to participate in lean or other major projects. Only used for data clean-up.

Only good part is having nice compensation and benefits, rest all are below average.

Dislikes

Nothing to cherish about be it culture, training programs and growth programs. Just slog without any carrier roadmap
