The company is run by a family who are more concerned for their benefit rather than employees. They treat employees as chaprasis and don't care wht they think. they think they are masters of everything but the story is different. trying to rule and over power everything.

no proper management no salary slips no proper joining letter when you resign you have to compromise your salary
