...ike to work with Kewalson as the atmosphere of Kewalson is found extra ordinary. I also found that this is only a company where every employee is being supported by timely salary and cooperation.

Dislikes

Generally in Kewalson everything is excellent but some of seniors are completely selfish. They don't want to support others which is a bad practice in my eyes.

Dislikes

There are some staffs who do not like to support juniors as they have fear to loss their job which totally baseless.Due to this habits juniors suffer a lot and are unable to give their best to company. In such a company has to bear a loss which is very bad thing.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
