Time table is not strict Salary not increasing for 3 or 4 years The officer also gets the work done as a worker and the most important thing is there is no company rule here. Everything happens in Seth's mind

First thing is salary is good but appraisal are not good . Second this you can't use your destination power here all time Hod will evolved

Entire work culture it's still a owner driven company without any value. They even don't pay expenses if desired result is not achieved Pathetic organization to work with mainly for those who worked in professional organization

...s really a great person. He was always there for me to look after the matters. Salary time although late, bus was given on fixed date. There was no office politics inside the company.

Dislikes

Salary giving date is on the middle of the month. The HR ( Mr. Sarad) in my openion was a mixture of arrogant and illiteracy. In my 10+2 (HS) certificate there was written it includes some vocational papers also. But, he was not able to understand that and at the same time he was not willing to talk to clarify that. At last I had to highlight the place where it is clearly mentioned that it is Higher Secondary certificate. Than he accepted. At least for courtesy a person must talk. I don't know what's wrong with him.

...good over here.no politics.work environment is also good.very innovative office.the only negative point is salary wise you grow very slow and lack of premium software's.

Culture & No access to Softwares like Corel Draw & Photoshop which is the top most need of a Designer.
