MD has good vision but his midlevel person like HR head, operation team are behevior like rubbish. Hr department is not good. You have easily joined this group but on switching time of your new job they behave like you are a criminal. All HOD are selfish .

Do not work in Projects department. Other than that, everything is ok.

Dislikes

Projects department is the worst especially a person involved in the department. If you want to live life, do not work in projects department.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
