Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Keventer main job karte 3 saal ho gaye hai na toh salary increase huyi hai na he pf cut huya hai na he koi promotion mili hai ak diwali ke din umeed hoti hai wo be kuch nahi dete company owner sir se request hai ki CSA team par dayan dye

My 1st Company. My seniors were helpful. As a fresher it is good company for 1year. Work load is less. Work- Life balance is good.

Dislikes

Low salary. No growth, no future. No increament. You will be permanent employee after 7-10 years. Low salary for permanent employees also. Management is bad and The head of Union is illiterate. Scope of Improvement is less.

... management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give average salary hike and bonus every year.
