No carier grouth. Senior Employees talk very rude with New joiners and they are not ready to motivate and they are not ready to teach new things to there junior employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company culture is extremely good. Training part is very unique way to understand the Automation market trend.

Carrier growth is tough to crack since most of the seniors in sales team are working with same designation past 2-3 years

They ll waste your time for the sake of interview and the recruitment process need to be fast, I don't know about job but overall my experience with that interview was delayed process and that boring thing reflected in during my interview. Moderate wages, my tip is to come at your free time for interview because they will not be conducting sharply at the mentioned interview time. and rest all feel not bad.
