The only reason I joined this company because, i was getting 2 Saturdays and Sundays off. I didn't like anything else

...g for freshworks. Joining this company is one of the worst decisions of my life. The company work culture is outdated, the salary will be processed by 25th of a month but the salary will be credited by 7 of next month. If you are going to join this company for lead generation or audience generation, i suggest don't join. They don't provide proper training, routine work, no learning, no improvement, no employee benefits, the management is not upto the mark, no leaves until 3 months, after 3 months they mentioned they are providing 1 leave per month anyways i didn't even stay there for 3 months. They threatened me about not paying the salary and firing me, because i was not performing well according to them. The amount of stress i felt during the span i stayed there was the most i have ever faced. My job was to find clients who are actively looking for the solution or product which was quite difficult to find such opportunities. No creativity in the pitch, this was a worst job, i didn't enjoy this a bit. They also have data, which is as old that you were not born by that time. There are lot more toxic about this company but i don't remember now it's been few months i left here.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel big places, especially Bangalore and chennai but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location. Another plus is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes , I have to work more than 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

There is No much in learnings!! (I have seen companies providing parttime coach for higher studies) Missing Team /Office outing/meeting, Motivational coach, Fun activities Monthly or quaterly best performance highlightd and appriciations!

Todic work culture. No team support. Lots of vacstabbing and how to pull a team member down, only this goes on. Nothing new to learn. Only people who are there from a long tome and are very old get the benefits. Otherwise no promotion, no increament, no holidays and lots of politics

The work load isn't very pressurizing. It is easier to maintain a work life balance.

Dislikes

The work environment is toxic. The quality of hires must be improved. Most of the employees lack professional etiquettes. Gossip and rumours are at an all time high. The ratio of men: women is not equal.
