I actually don't like the culture of the company,there is no professionalism.And the owner of the company don't know how to behave with the employee.

Dislikes

Non professionalism and they don't bother if employee salary will delay for 15 to 20 days.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my client, but they most go unnoticed during my sales review meetings. Growth is slow.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
