... is worst, so many people get fired frequently for no reason so no job security. They cheat you in salary and appraisals and give you far less than industry standards. Even the office boy will scold you and go. There is no work life balance as you will work till 11- 12 in the night. There is no personal life as they will interfere in everything from your DPs and might as well send someone at your place to see why did you take a leave to calling up your parents and complaining. Politics is there in every department. They fine people and deduct money from salary for every small and big things eg. mobile not kept in locker, toilet door not closed after using, or if not groomed properly and if you do any big mistake you'll not get your salary for that month or terminated. They are marathi business family so you'll have to call your seniors dada and tai. If you plan to resign they will torture you in they notice period and in some cases they have called the future companies where their employees were selected and told not to hire them. There are so many cons than pros and don't have time to write about it.

Work culture is Good, Celebrating every festivals ata work place. That I like very Much. Work timings are well managed. Also arranged tours (Domestic & International)for staff in very affordable prices.

Dislikes

There is Lot of politics but I think it happens in most of companies, Salary hike issues.

Salary is less. No training given to freshers. No support from company during covid time. No Proper information is there from VFS before hand. Guest will provide the information some times.

Likes

Culture wise company is good. They keep informative sessions on different parts of world which is really great. Company gives best services to its guest/customer. Chances of promotion is very very difficult. Company has good policies for female employees.

Dislikes

The biggest problem any employee would agree is compensation. They have such a low compensation you feel you are undervalued for the job you do. Incentives structure is so poor and employees don't get the incentives on time. It's usually postponed by 1 quarter. There is no growth promotion wise.

Due to Corona virus, they just fired all the Candidates whos are on there Probation period. So no job security.

Dislikes

...ion. The direcor forgots so many things and then assumes that she told it to me. After 6month they will going to give me hike but they are not even providing my current salary also. Not even mine, all employees plus theu are deducting amount as per there convinient even if we work like 10hrs a day for 6days of week.
