...Worst quality lunch and dinner(committee members cary there lunch from home ) 5. No fair salary distribution. 6. Operators are God no one take actions against them. 7. Worst safety culture and quality culture. 8. Hirings were hold for 4-4 months and remaining employees do job for 12 hrs without OT 9. Operators get OT but staff not.

1) No work life balance 2) If you came in morning shift you have no choice to go home on time, you have to stay here for 12 hrs minimum that too without any OT or comp. off. 3) Mentally harassment on the name of safety. 4) Operators are treated like god, no accountability. 5) HR department focus on leaving on time, they have nothing to do with the oversitting staff. 6) No manpower to work, production department forced to meet the deadline without manpower. 7) No assessment on NVA activities of production staff, management just giving more and more work. 8) No focus on reducing the paperwork, for every error there is only one solution - Fill the paper. 9) Nothing for skill development, no external trainings. 10) Food is worst, top management avoids having lunch and bring their home made food in office.

Good culture, Globally it's good, salary & exp on time, work satisfaction is there, though there is pressure so as opportunities to learn more.

Dislikes

People not Leave the company they Leave their immediate manager. Eastern region position in the span of 4/5 years 3 people left already reason everyone's know. If anyone Focussing right direction then he may be barred to perform his duty by using wrong power at his position. Except East region all region is doing good.

Likes

Timely salary being provided, canteen facilities and efforts to engage employees. Annual family function also organised.

Dislikes

Overwork everyday. Everything comes as urgent and important. Hardly any time for development. Excessive work related stress.

Kerry as a company is excellent, however certain people at the management level in the SE Asia region are not at all appropriate due to which there have been so much of upheavals in the recent past.
