One of the biggest drawbacks of working at KVBL is the salary packages and the chaotic appraisal process. Compensation doesn't reflect the industry standards. Appraisal process has been quite messy and lacks consistency, which has always led to confusion and dissatisfaction among staff. Coupled with favouritism that can overshadow merit-based recognition, it becomes challenging for many staff members to feel valued and appreciated for their contributions.

They wont fire until you did some bad things that against company rules

There is no promotion and work culture is so toxic because of that the skilled workers are leaving every 2 years. And there is 2 year bond on the company. And there huge gender inequality. Mostly women paid more because seniors officer are males. Every man in that company are struggling to live. I never recommend another man into that company and if you recruited as a tac engineer and your career ends there. There is nothing to improve your self the tac in keralavision is like advanced customer care thats all. Dont apply job in that company if you are a professional.

No Medical benefits ,No skill development ,no support for certification,no Value for educational qulifications , Technical team was no given much perority, working hours likely 24*7, as supporting around 12000 customer

Company always gives the assistance and arrangements to learn things and gives necessary training.very supportive colleagues.

salary increment is not proper.some times you feel not recognised by the company.
