I was a permanent employee of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation and retired from the service of Corporation on 31.05.2022. Great thing is KSTRC serves the public in their day to day life.

Now a days employees salary and other allowances disbursement is very poor. Pension and retirement benefits didn't get till this date.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
