As a fresher, it is so excellent work experience and good work environment and culture. Very different experiences are gathered from here with different kinds of communities. And it is also a health project.

Dislikes

No salary hike or any benefits from KSACS. But they provide heavy work load to all staff's. And also said that, a good team can manage all difficulties in our duty.

For skill development, it's a perfect platform. The work& interactions of stakeholders improve to handle things in a professional manner& can able to learn behavior, attitude of communities' like MSM, TG,FSW,IDUs, truckers, Migrants

Dislikes

Salary is low compared to work. Work load is little bit heavy.

Compensation is not decent, growth is slow. Sometimes,Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

KSACS is a well organized firm works with guidance and support of National Aids Control Organization. Very co-operative and supportive administration. Good interaction and support from staff. I like the organization
