I am not satisfied with my work. Because of my higher official are appointed are culture less,and no education , they know only how to make money, he doesn't know how to handle the subordinate . Company work is the group work not a one man show,

No satisfied salary, Higher official must be educated, without discussion with the senior worker, there's know respect and behaviour not good.
