My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Our Salary not available on time and it affects our economic finances , even It still has not recieved the salary of march 2020 in this Crisis of Corona . Moreover our one month salary was also deposited. At last I would like to say that teachers are the backbone of school, so it's duty of school management to pay the Salary of teachers on time. Bt unfortunately it is not happening here. I need my salary very much right now.

You are well respected till you are a boot-licker. The moment you speak up, they start seeing you in a different light.

You are well respected till you are a boot licker. The moment you do something that they don't like(even if it is for the benifit of the organisation) they will treat you in such a way that you will be forced to resign. And once you resign, they don't accept that you did and spreads the rumor that you have been fired(actually they say that to everyone that you were fired).
