Kerala feeds limited is a good working organisation for everyone. In this company most of the work are done through machines. It will helps to reducing the stress of workers and increasing the productivity of the company. In this company managers and officers are excellent people in their field so we can study a lot of things from them.

Dislikes

Some of the workers always said that their remuneration is low but it is not true. They are said that the salary to compare the salary of others salary. This is mainly said that the daily wages workers. For example a daily wages worker is get a monthly remuneration is Rs.18125(Rs.725 x 25 days). But a manager can get a salary of Rs.75000. Therfore they have said that a different of RS.56875. They will understand the difference between their positions .

Good place to work, there won't be any high pressure targets to be met. cafeteria is there with employee discounts.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics, within peremenant and contractual employees. Preference and benefits is more for the permanent ones. Work load is more for contractual employees.

Kerala Feeds Ltd is a State Public Sector Undertaking.Therefore this did not expect to privatise in nearest times. Therefore it ensures a chance of job security.

Some of the employees who have hold in politics who are coming & going at any time. It will advesely ehlffect the punctuality of other employees.

I was Management Trainee in that company in that time I got stipend of RS.17500/- per month (PF and Annual Bonus)

That was a cattle feed company, so there has no innovative activities. No training programs for Management Trainees
