Those who are boot lickers can survive in this company, no respect for hard and dedicated work, salary below industrial average. No job security , over night u will be terminated without any notice & pay. Higher management will not analyse sale data to identify good and bad employee , they will listen to one cunning and dirty minded zam. Don't waste ur time and spoil ur future.

Management is very aggressive and company growth is very fast Learning is good with the organization, But according to work not sufficient money for the employee.

Talking about the company, the work culture of the company is very ridiculous and lousy.And when it comes to management, the management of the company is not capable of any kind.Talking about job security, the company's job security is very poor It is a matter of company policy, this company policy is nothing compared to anyother companies.toally wrost.

When it comes to dislikes, I do not like anything about the company. The salary given according to the package is also very low and neither do I get first month salary.The company does not support anything and any kind of TA Da is very much low.

It is a fastest growing company but there is financial growth for the employee and no security merely they will terminate the employee without any prior notice to employee...no employee benefit like insurance and death ex-gratia...etc
