Salary structure ,,, No consideration of ur hard work ,,, No one will support you to increment of salary’s, if you wants leave company with other offer ,,,, Promotion process is good but promotion increments is 7% only HR don’t even calls you for discussion Unnecessary work pressures , U will have leaves but u may not able take leaves because of work pressure from supervisors

Just payment will be given on time and leave flexibility.

Dislikes

Unsatisfied salary package. No hikes even. Just an increase of 1100 1200 per month will be given. Even some may receive 300 500 of hike also.. Recruits graduates for basic ITI and diploma level jobs. No growth in career. You will just end screwed in your career. Useless field for beginners. Especially Btech graduates please don't join. Worst team environment, unqualified TLs and full of politics, ego's, cornering employees, degrading them. No allowences were given even working for 3 night shifts a week. Pathetic response from managers and HRs. Not even bothered about our concerns. Completely political office environment.
